I am a dance artist, choreographer, filmmaker, collaborator and movement educator, working in a wide variety of settings. I am the founder and artistic director of SpringMoves Dance Festival in partnership with the National Opera House, running annually since 2019 in Wexford Town. I manage the Dance Hub Movement Studio in Wexford Town (2020 – present). As the County Wexford Dance Artist in Residence (DARS 2021& 2022) supported by the Arts Council of Ireland and the Wexford County Council Arts Department, I created 2 films, directed 3 dance performances, created a young person dance programme & began a new multi disciplinary arts collaborative, working with dancers, writers, musicians, singers and filmmakers.  I am an artist on the County Wexford Creative Communities panel, directing and facilitating yearly dance projects. I am a professional member of Dance Ireland. I work with the Wexford Mental Health Association and the HSE Occupational Therapy Department, as the Yoga and Movement Specialist.
